Poem- Quiet and Calm Hours

 Quiet and Calm Hours
Away from the blinking phones

The sight of the phone 
Scares me for taking away my attention

Weak in my knees
I take comfort in screens

Texting Friends. Phubbing them. 
Staying with them to run away from them.
