Writing- Word Echoes

Whenever I edit the drafts, I try to read out the text loud, checking if it sounds elegant. Today, I learnt about 'word echoes.' An echo word is a word or phrase that recurs in a sentence or paragraph.

Whenever we have the word repeated, the elegance of the text is dulled. To avoid that, we can use other word and change the sentence structure. I have been omitting the words that repeat more than once but, today, I realised what I have been trying- omitting the echo words.
