Gratitude diaries.

He walked in and watched a book lying at my place. “Heyy man, do you like reading?” he asked.

“Yeah,” I said. He looked at the book and said, “I have a book. A Pulitzer winner author. The book is set in a world war scenario. Do you like to read?” “Certainly,” I said. Guessing a book in world war scenario and Pulitzer winner, I guessed it was, “All the lights we cannot see.” Guessed it right, Roel walked in and gifted me the book.  “Have it man. Enjoy the book. Said  Roel.

We met just then and had a minute conversation. And I have been gifted a book. I wondered how could he do it. How easy is it to gift a stranger a thoughtful gift?

I’m grateful to receive the gift from roel. Thanks brother.
