When we think about an education system, Students come into the picture and then comes Teachers. Unfortunately, we do not acknowledge the other pivotal factors in system.
Teacher is not the only key persons who imparts knowledge to the students at school.
There's syllabus, pedagogy practices defined, policies and administration who creates the platform for the teacher to teach in the classroom.
Teacher can only facilitate in a manner so that student learns in various ways. To make it possible, we need to bring changes at various levels.
