Vision and values are big words in any organization which is hardly seen in the way people work as they seem intense but abstract or unexplainable to apply at work. Maybe the interpretation is always left to the employees without communicating much to them.
It's important to have high values. And more necessarily, we need to have values that be can be thorougly put in action as well as easily communicated.
