Management lessons- The Micro Projects

Shashaa is fabulous at singing those gamakaas that puts my heart for a toss.  She does it with so much of ease that I always wonder how she does it.  Emphasizing on the toughest parts, she talks about practice.

Practice seems to be the most used word all the time in life. But, when people say practice, shashaa also came up with the process.

'You need to take it too small and then increase the level.'

The micro projects. Planning for something big, we need to divide into so much of small things that we need to be clear of what we are taking up and with so much of specific and clear task, if we practice, I think, good to go to achieve for the big step.

Thank you Shashaa.
