Geneva Journals- The Boat Ride

I met Yuzuka who's from Japan and was interested to pursue in Education and is pursuing Environment and sustainability.

Gigi, she got her children into university and in their lives. Thanks to the scholarship, she's pursuing bachelors in Development, along with the masters. One semester, she'll be back in US and again she'd return to Geneva to pursue her masters. There's another person from Iran, who's an electrical engineer, who is pursuing International Relations and political science. I'm so happy to meet fellow engineer who's taking diverse interests and pursuing what they love. And also I met Ello from spain, who lived in India for good time. He travelled most of the places. He lived in Gujarat, Ahmedabad, studying Economic Development. And he visited Goa, Cochin, Bangalore and alot of other places. He mentioned how he'd get questioned of Narendra Modi. He'd be asked of his opinion of NarendraModi and he could guess that in North, he got great following. In south, he's not loved much. It's interesting how the foreigner perceive Indian politics so quickly.

As we walked further, caught up with the Ann, Ainun, and other people. Over some wine and snacks, we caught up and chilled out a bit.

Ann,I and Ainun went ahead and explored a bit. We went ahead with drumming, walked over the stalls and enjoyed the evening party.

Later, as we huddled, I opened my colours and invited others to collaborate with me and participate in this project.

Empty Space. I give them a a two post cards where they need to fill it and do whatever they like. I was curious how they share the space and how accomodating will they be in filling out their own space.

Ann, I, and Luana were sharing the post card and creating some good pieces. Ann was good and immediately expressed her day through colours. Quite impressive. I could never be that straight in expressing my events through colors. Slowly, she could figure out things that I took some time to realise.

Borders and sharp contours are simple. It's interesting to get things blurred. Yeah, that's the way. Later, many people joined and got into it. Further, 4 of us got ready to leave and got interested with the game and started playing Chess. It was fun to play after long time.

We won the game and called it day. All of us took our directions to head. I was heading to a concert. Thanks Conflict and Peace Intiative for organising this. Enjoyed it.

In dialogue with Timothy

I'm often reminded of the line, 'we teach who we are.' When I was catching up with Timothy, my professor, I shared, "I feel...
