Talking about Biryani, A was mentioning how A tried Diaspora Biryani, the term I find it extremely funny. It's not biryani but can't discard it totally as well as it gives diaspora feeling. Trying to fit in bringing the hybridity. On that note, I tried Kabsa at favorite's Al Amir.
