Friends- Trick & Treats with Tanya

It's the season of the year where a lot of things are coming to end. As we finished the thesis, a big milestone for the masters, T and I decided to catch up over dinner. T took the trouble of deciding the place and food making my life easy. We headed to Masala House, a Punjabi restaurant in Geneva attending diaspora crowd europeanising the Indian cuisine. After ages, I had Paneer Butter Masala with some Naan. Over the colourful food, we discussed what we've been upto. A little bit of updates and plans, we walked out after the heavy dinner. T is a photographer who has an eye for aesthetic visuals. After clicking some pictures of the evening, she asked me to click few pictures of her. I hardly click pictures of people. Even if I do, I experiment with my subjects with abstract aesthetics. T decided to give me a task of clicking some breezy pictures. In a trice she'd come up with a series of expressions leaving me clueless of how good she is at what she does. It took me couple of years to acknowledge the charm she has got infront of the camera. Maintain eye level is one instruction she kept hammering me with. Returning my favour, she clicked a couple of pictures of mine and I was surprised to see myself becoming so thin. A lot of running and walking is indeed turning me into a stick. Time to eat well. On that note, we headed to McD to have our signature Frappacino.

The Dinner

Tanya in her element

Dinner was a small pause for the fete De La Musique in the town. We hopped onto buses, trams hopping onto different stages ending up at Parc La Grange walking barefoot in the grass. I'm notorious for making people walk barefoot. A lot of people roll their eyes complaining about hygiene. I second Antonine Bechamp's theory on germs. Another day and another story for the ills and effects of barefoot walking and hygience.

A little bit of conversations, chatter, we called it a day and parted in our ways. Good day.
