Book- Your Soul's Plan by Robert Schwartz

A very interesting book. I'll talk little about the book and quote the text that I echoed with. Robert Schwartz talk to different people to know their souls' plan through different mediums. Each story gives us a learning to reflect on. Over all, the book has the message that we all have a higher purpose in life and every positive, so-called negative events are for our own growth. I'm curious about the synchronicity and the way lives unfold.

I came across different people in my three decades of existence and each of them have left their mark in my life.As I finished the book, I also became aware that I must have also left my mark in all the lives I crossed. Life seems to be an interesting journey to live!

Quotes from the book I echoed with-

"Life is based on love and service. There is nothing else."

"Not all souls are equal in advancement. Not all methodologies for creating personalities and karma are the same."

"We would encourage her to bring her emotions to a central point. When one swings a wide arc, there is a long way to come back. When one is still and at a central point, then one has abilities to reach any area and not have to come back so far through difficulty or time."

"She remembers that seperation is illusory. Contained within that memory is yet another: the memory of self as an eternal, powerful soul."

"I have an absolutely magnificient understanding of human suffering." And so she does. Yet it is more than an understanding; it is now a way of being."

"As she sees the courage she shows daily in living without Dustin and D.C; as she comes to know herself as the powerful creator of all she experiences; and as she expresses herself on the phyiscal plane as trust, faith, empathy, compassion, and balance, Valerie will come to know feelings of self-love that are not dependent upon the role she plays in a particular lifetime. Valerie's current life is one in which loss, by her own design, motivates her to shift gradually from personality to soul consciousness."

"For the soul, grief is an expression of love and every expression of love is healing."

"To cry because we want to is a gentle and loving way to nurture ourselves."

"I want to be selfless, not just for my family, but for a larger group of people. I want to show them the way by my spirit and what I inspire them to do or feel. I want to be of service to others in a way that will help me see my own spirituality once again."

"What would you like to say to someone who has had a life-altering accident? I asked him."

"The spirit is more than enough. Always remember that you are more than your body."

"Remember to practice forgiveness for all those times there is anger."

"In fact, all service is energetic, whether or not it entails action on the physical plane."

"Who we are matters more than what our bodies do."

"Ultimately, the creation and expression of love in all forms is the very purpose of physical life."

"Notice that resistance intensifies suffereing and acceptance diffuses it."

"The true measure of a person's evolution is their ability to turn a negative into a positive."

"If he has awakened to the part he played, his guilt has been replaced by self-forgiveness, his remorse by acceptance and peace."

"We can know that each person we encounter is a spark of Divine Light, a loving, transcedent being with whom we are one. Anything less is not real. Anything else is illusion."
