Movie- Hanami

First movie in theatres in 2025. I was looking to watch a different movie but the production house had another screening. Hanami produced by Denise Fernandes. This movie is based on the story that happens at the island- Cape Verdes. A young girl returns to the island and come in terms with her life and the fact that her mother left her during her childhood. 

I couldn't understand the language and the subtitles either as they were in German and French. A knew french and helped me at the beginning with some doubts and I didn't bother to disturb her as both of us got invested in the movie. Later, I could guess a few words, here and there. Without understanding much, as the movie reached the climax, I could feel a sense of drop in the heart beat as the protagonist walks to the waters.
