Geneva Journals- The Long Walks

Walk alongside the lake or along the trees grounds me a lot. I can't wait to take off my shoes to walk barefeet. I walked across Parc La Grange and along the lake on the stones. Walking with the sight of westward skies, I strolled around the lake. I came across runners, a few walkers until I had no one at sight except the cars on road. I remember walking for long distances, especially when I was hitchhiking. This time, I walked for more than an hour along the lake, watching the water all throughout. Witnessing the ripples and the dark blue waters, I walked back after an hour with a positive outlook and alot of smiles.
