Geneva Journals- The 10 KM Run
This time, I became aware to be consistent in what I do to inculcate discipline. I began to run with consisten pace and observe how far I can run. Without many breaks, I run consistently with closed mouth breathing. I ran for one hour 25 minutes across the lake watching the blue waters. Whenever I focus on blue waters, I tend to stop but, I try to not stop the flow in my run. Slowly, I started enjoying the consistency and pace. At times, I wish to run fast but as soon as I think to endure for a long run, I continue my pace. A good run after a week break.
