Jaipur Journals- Ghevar and places it went.

Srujan, my college friend said he enjoys eating Ghevar. "Now it feels like Sankranthi. All time favourite Ghevar." He is currently living in US and tried cooking Ghevar.  I assumed, he met some Rajasthani friend who may introduced to this cuisine.

Curious of how the Rajasthani dish travelled all the way to Telangana. I thought, some Marwari has started it but, just got to know that seventy years ago, a telugu person from Tandur learnt it while he was in Rajasthan, relocated to hometown and his family has been cooking it since.
